2017.1 - Sailor Elpis Throne Room

Got around to coloring this. It wasn't really meant to be anything I used it to test out my dip pen, but I really like this! Colored it a bit differently than I usually do. I think I might do some revamping on her deisgn. There's some things I don't really like (plus i forgott o draw in the buttcape in this lol woops) Like her chest is super bare, but putting a big bow there doesn't look right due to the overall rest of her design and I hate her choker.... and I'd like to change her crown design to make more sense. Experimented with a little background. Sailor Elpis' planet Allistair is a thriving beautiful planet and I imagine everything being crystal or glass so eevryone can always see the scenery. (oh you know before some assholes came in and fucked it all up )
